    Colin has worked in the field of commercial behavioural change for over a decade, specialising in organisational change and development.  He is proud of his successful relationships with clients including BASF, Standard Life, Levi Strauss & Co., Barclays, Reed Exhibition Companies, Lloyds TSB, Accenture, Citigroup and The Neilsen Group.  Colin's current projects include providing consultancy to Accenture on developing a new leadership culture and delivering a Strategic Leadership Programme for Barclays.

    Colin has a strong belief in the need for active management of your own leadership brand, developing the art of fierce conversations and the power of trusted advisor relationships.  His desire to set up Potential Squared was to live the values that he and his team espouse in their client work. Colin brings a straight-talking, energised style which acts as a positive catalyst for change at all levels of organisations he works with.

    Annalisa has over 10 years experience working in the events planning, reputation management and marketing industries.  She has worked in client companies and agencies with leading organisations such as Vodafone, Northgate HR, Capital Consulting, IHC, Moorepay, and MaST International, delivering marketing and reputation management strategies.

  • Tom Heywood BA, MBA, MIPD
    Managing Director, UK & Europe 

    Tom has over twenty years experience in worldwide leadership.  This has included leading multi-national teams in Europe and North America, as well as acting as a leadership consultant designing and implementing strategies to enhance leadership in blue chip companies worldwide.  He works with leaders to drive the development of commercial behaviours at all levels in organisations through the promotion of enlightened leadership approaches and has worked in a range of industry sectors including financial services, telecommunications, R&D, pharmaceuticals, education and the public sector.

    Tom's key areas of expertise include international leadership, the development of high performance teams, strategic and personal change management, executive coaching, leadership assessment and talent management and virtual leadership.

    Tom's current clients include Barclays Capital, NetApp, Sharp, BBC and Pitney Bowes.

    Head of Client Projects

    Jo Clark oversees all of Potential Squared International's client projects.  She is responsible for driving quality and value for our clients, focusing on excellent customer service and using her organisational flair to deliver exceptional results.  Jo draws on over a decade of experience in the training and consultancy field, specialising in programme design, project resourcing and relationship management.  She plays a critical role in Potential Squared International's large-scale development initiatives including Behavioural Academies at Barclays and Global Finance Development Programmes for Covidien.  Other recent projects have seen Jo work with Shell, Sharp, Mazda, Cass Business School and Scottish & Newcastle.

  • Jacqueline Farrington – North American Managing Director, Potential Squared International, Business Consultants

    Jacqueline Farrington, MA, MFA
    Head of Voice and Presence

    Jacqueline has extensive experience in leadership communication, personal impact and brand management, speech writing, non-verbal / vocal communication, rapport building and developing peak performance.  She is also a leading expert on the human voice and its uses in communication.

    Jacqueline's current clients include Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Mars Inc., HSBC, GlaxoSmithKlein and Pfizer.  Examples of her recent projects are: 

    • designing and delivering client communications training for Senior Portfolio Managers at AllianceBernstein; and
    • designing and delivering a 'Communicating the Brand' programme for sales assistants at Credit Suisse.

    Jacqueline has taught and lectured at numerous educational institutions including Yale University (1991 - 2006), London Business School, European School of Economics and Xavier University.

    She has published several articles on voice and communication and is a featured leadership trainer for Vistage International (an advisory board for CEOs and senior level executives).  Jacqueline is known for her practical, results-oriented style in helping clients develop and deliver effective communications.

    Barbara Sucoff specialises in designing and delivering tailored training solutions in the areas of leadership, management, sales, client service and professional development.  She also serves as an executive coach to many of her clients.

    Clients rely on Barbara to help them clarify their training objectives and ensure all programmes are relevant, interactive and engaging.  Barbara has 'board room' presence and brings high energy and enthusiasm to each project.

    She has 17 years experience working with boards, senior executives and managers.  She has worked with organisations as diverse as American Express, Biomet 3i, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Mercedez-Benz and Goodwin Proctor.
