Potential Squared’s aim is to be a market leading organisation which specialises in assessing and developing commercial behaviour. Internships at Potential Squared
Each year, Potential Squared aims to employ an intern who is interested in, and shows aptitude towards the management development industry. In 2007, Alec Morgan (currently studying Business Administration at Bath University) joined Potential Squared for two months, providing valuable support to the client teams and marketing.
He proved to be an invaluable member of the team, and was welcomed back during his Christmas holidays 2007 to work with Potential Squared again. Since working with Potential Squared, Alec has secured a six-month placement with Goldman Sachs as part of his university degree course. Alec comments: “Getting the job at Goldman would not have been possible without the experience that I gained from working with Potential Squared as a summer intern. I was given responsibilities that challenged me and built my confidence; I got to observe recruitment processes similar to those I underwent at Goldman and I attended two off-site consulting programmes, learning a great deal in the process. Above all though, Potential Squared allowed me to develop simply by being a great place to work.”
