Type of interventions 

We offer four styles of interventions, all of which can be tailored for individual organizations:

  • Learning Bites - energizers delivered in short periods of time, for example, two to three hours;
  • Modular Learning - one or two day programs either stand alone or as part of a larger development program;
  • Development Centers - intensive interventions over two to five days based on experiential case study learning with follow-up coaching;
  • Executive Coaching - targeted development for the most senior executives.
