    Potential Squared and Barclays Finance Academy win Most Innovative Training Initiative / Program at the UK Finance Innovation Awards 2006

     

    Potential Squared and Barclays Finance Academy were awarded the Most Innovative Training Initiative / Program at the Finance Innovation Awards 2006.  The awards are the highlight of the financial services calendar and were established to celebrate initiatives that bring exceptional results to financial services organizations and deliver quantifiable benefits to customers.

    Potential Squared has a six year relationship with Barclays Finance Academy and its interventions have included:

    • functionally-based development workshops aimed at upgrading role-specific skills and behaviors; 
    • leadership workshops aimed at instilling a commercially driven coaching focus to the business; 
    • support for a high potential program running annually to provide accelerated development for individuals at all management and leadership levels.
