Health and Safety Policy
We recognise and accept our responsibilities to provide a safe and healthy workplace and working environment for all our employees. We expect employees and associates to show equal concern for their own health and safety and to ensure that their acts do not endanger others. In particular, employees and associates must make themselves aware of the fire and evacuation arrangements at our offices in the UK, USA and India.
It is an employee's duty to co-operate with Potential Squared to ensure that any requirements regarding health and safety are complied with. Therefore it is a condition of employment that our employees and associates read and understand any health and safety documents.
All UK-based Potential Squared employees who work with a PC or VDU at their own workstation are entitled to attend an optician for an eye sight at Potential Squared's expense. Employees will be able to apply for an eye sight test once in any two year period or at shorter intervals at the discretion of Potential Squared if recommended by the optician or in other special circumstances.

Environment Policy
Potential Squared operate an Environmental Policy. This includes:
- Recycling of unwanted paper and cardboard, toner cartridges from printers, mobile telephones and unwanted office furniture (to establishments such as local schools) whereve possible;
- Prohibiting the use of disposable cups for water fountains (when located directly within our offices);
- Producing our stationery on paper sourced from sustainable forests;
- Producing our stationery and corporate collateral through locally-based printers wherever possible, regardless of the country in which design takes place, to minimize our carbon footprint.
