Paul is known for being a straight talker who believes that authenticity is the key to inspirational leadership and fruitful relationships. He loves the opportunity to strike up bold conversations that result in meaningful feedback. As Head of Design, Paul takes a pragmatic approach to his work with Potential Squared. "What I do needs to be directly relevant and applicable to people," says Paul. "I also believe that they should be able to perform better in their role over the long term, not just in the first few weeks back in the office."
This belief is borne out of his own line management experience, in addition to over 18 years of blue-chip development in the UK, Europe, USA, Africa, India and the Middle East. To complement this expertise, Paul has also been involved in Retail Management, Human Resources and Learning and Development.
As a consultant, Paul has worked with a variety of organisations including Accenture, Barclays, BAA, BBC, Citigroup, HSBC, Pitney Bowes, Prudential and Standard Chartered. He is also a qualified MBTI and SDI practitioner.
Today, Paul specialises in designing and delivering tailored solutions to support organisational growth and development. As he says himself, he prides himself on being "passionate about encouraging others to hold 'real' conversations, to call things as they see it and to have the courage to articulate it."
