When MaryAnn coaches leaders for transformational change, she personally understands the commitment required and benefits it can bring. In 2010 she decided to leave her beautiful Southern European life, including executive job, friends and family, and even her beloved horse, to start a new life in Hong Kong to live with a man she barely knew and start a new life and career in leadership development. In only 3 months, she secured a major contract with Tupperware – which stands testament to her direct, engaging and energised style.
MaryAnn’s expertise and passion lies in supporting leaders to develop their executive presence and emotional intelligence to create engaged and successful teams. Over 13 years, she has held a range of marketing roles at senior executive level within Tupperware and AMC around the globe, creating high performing teams to deliver increased sales targets, brand awareness and profits. For the last 4 years, she has focused on affecting transformational change in leaders, through executive coaching and bespoke leadership development programmes.
MaryAnn enjoys becoming a friend to her clients and witnessing changes that occur in front of her as she conducts coaching and training sessions. This has led her to measure her level of success by the new mindsets she helps to develop in leaders, in addition to the commercial impact her work delivers. Currently, she is coaching at VP level at Brinks Global Services and delivering leadership programmes to managing directors at HSBC, Tupperware, Brinks, Prudential and Accenture.
“I believe leaders can only achieve real leadership and commercial objectives by first developing their own personal inner leadership,” says MaryAnn. “Only then can they move on to develop and lead their teams.”
