BAA needed to recruit an integration team that could take the new terminal shell and get it business ready for passengers. This new team needed to be both technically skilled and have the right behavioural traits to work in a self-managed environment.

BAA amassed a wealth of high quality and varied evidence from the accurate and realistic nature of the assessment exercises. This facilitated a fair and robust decision-making process.
Additionally, BAA and PotentialSquared assessors were able to evaluate and effectively decide if candidates were a good fit for the organisation, as well allow candidates to experience the environment.
