Like a rocket ship, Clearscore had gone from being a greenfield start-up to a global business with 12 million users, in 3 continents and 200 employees. For their CTO, it meant using a range of existing skills, and finding new ones along the way. In order to continue developing, the coachee needed space to discuss challenges and outline meaningful steps to be able to continue to grow from a start-up to an Enterprise CTO.
The impact of coaching enabled the candidate to think a few years ahead and then work back to take practical steps to get there. By trying out some new ways of approaching problems, there has been a noticeable change in how the candidate handles certain situations.
