The coachee was fast tracked into a role in Asia as Managing Director for a fast-growing technology company and wanted to develop a resilient and executive decision-making leadership style.
The programme consisted of a series of 2-3 hour long coaching sessions supplemented by ad hoc telephone and email support for specific challenges or presentations.
To measure progress, the coachee’s confidence and conviction in team engagement and senior stakeholder engagement was monitored. PotentialSquared worked to raise the candidates’ level of consciousness and mental clarity, unfreezing thinking for decision making.
The coachee carried out the Managing Director role successfully, resulting in a fast-growing Singapore based team, and the acquisition of several businesses in the region.
The coachee then successfully transitioned internally to a Global Strategic role, and subsequently to a COO position at a major UK based technology company.
