Leadership Capability Academies

For Internal Audit, Finance, HR and Compliance and functional teams.

PotentialSquared’s Leadership Capability Academies are business safe, high-impact simulations that feature a learning environment which closely resonates the learner’s real world experience.

What makes this learning environment so powerful is that these are brought to life via an unfolding case study which takes the participants  on a journey through commercially crucial conversations and stakeholder interactions.

Leadership Capability Academies

Who are the Leadership Capability Academies aimed at?

Leadership Capability Academies are aimed at your organization’s functional specialists within Audit, Compliance, Finance, HR, and other teams.

A case study is written specifically to reflect your organization’s commercial situation and the participant’s learning needs. For example, you may be looking to model entry into a new market or a product launch with competitive and governance pressures incorporated. Academy content can be targeted at multiple roles – from the frontline practitioner up to and including ‘heads of’.

Leadership Capability Academies can be delivered via face-to-face, virtual, or as a mixture of both modes. They can exist as a ‘one-off’ event or as an extended multi-event program.

The positive impact the academies have had on our leaders is profound and we continually hear rave reviews of the experience, examples of how managers have positively changed their behaviour, and have waitlists of managers hoping to secure a seat in a future program.

For me personally, I am now more comfortable sharing ideas that are not fully formed and seeing the benefits from others being inspired and building from them. Ultimately it has made me better in my role.
