Like a rocket ship, Clearscore had gone from being a greenfield start-up to a global business with 12 million users, in 3 continents and 200 employees. For their CTO, it meant using a range of existing skills, and finding new ones along the way. In order to continue developing, the coachee needed space to discuss challenges and outline meaningful steps to be able to continue to grow from a start-up to an Enterprise CTO.
